Manchester Street Markets take place every week of the month at various locations across the city.

Northenden - 1st Saturday of each month - Palatine Road, M22 4DH 9.00am - 4.00pm

Withington - 2nd Saturday of each month - Copson Street, M20 3BG 9.00am - 4.00pm

Chorlton - 3rd Saturday of each month - Manchester Road, M21 9PN 9.00am - 4.00pm

The street markets are often great places to pick up a unique bargain or special gift. With everything from the prettiest cupcakes to mouth watering fudge, homemade jams, hams, and soups the gastronome is perfectly catered for. Bespoke clothing and authentic arts & crafts are also included. With the emphasis on fostering small independent businesses and the promotion of local entrepreneurialism, the markets offer the perfect mixture of tradition and enterprise.

Don't forget the independent market run by The Horse & Jockey. This market is located right outside the pub, on Chorlton Green and pitches up the last Saturday of every month - and, as always it promises the cream of the North West's farmers, growers, producers and artisans who will descend on Chorlton Green for the first specialist market of 2012.

There's also the Heaton Moor Producers' Market which takes place on Shaw Road, Heaton Moor on the first Saturday of each month, from 10.00am - 2.00pm. Stallholders are all from the local & surrounding areas and, come rain or shine, they will be offering a wide range of products, including fresh produce, gift items & crafts. The market is l located on the car park of The Kushoom Koly restaurant, to the side of Kro Bar Heaton Moor.
